You may be amazed on how much a racer can benefit from a Basic Data System
This data acquisition system provides the two most important channels for reducing lap times. With RPM and MPH recording capability, this system gives you the ability to evaluate both the car and the driver. Cornering speed through every turn, gearing, throttle on/off time, wheel spin, length of shift times, engine power bands, braking and more can be evaluated with these two channels. Overlay laps and find out WHY the fast laps were fast. Electronics built into this unit allows you to download your racing session into your personal computer and be able to view and store your data graphically utilizing user friendly Windows
software. Graphs can be saved and compared to previous events, or for analysis of one or more race sessions at once! Forget your computer? This unit will also allow you to use your vehicle's tachometer to display your RPM data instead of using a personal computer. This data logger system is complete with 4 channel recording capability which includes Engine RPM, MPH, (vehicle speed, driveshaft RPM), and the ability to add on 2 additional sensors of any type. This data system allows you to take full advantage of our software features like track mapping and segment analysis. This system gives you the "results" channels you need for faster lap times and winning races!

It is important to remember when installing electronics on a vehicle with solid core ignition wires, the spark plug wires can cause interference which can affect system operation. If solid core wires are used, we recommend a shielded metal control unit |
